"This place was exactly what we needed! A relaxed environment away from the hustle and bustle. It was quiet and not overly crowded. Going with kids, the proximity to the pool and the marina for short walks was a plus! The view from the balcony is beautiful, for sunrise, though sunsets are on the other side covered by the building. (It was a bit misleading in the colourful picture) The condo was clean and had everything we needed. About marco island, we found that going to the beach is an ordeal! Very few public parking lots, hard to find a spot, and they are far from the beach, a walk, which makes it difficult to carry everything, specially going with kids and a baby. Other than that, this condo is located perfectly, close to everything. I would definitely come back here!"

Excellent communication prior to arriving and during our stay, with directions for the entering, using the unit, restaurants, and and leaving the home. It was shared in multiple places and times making it easy to find and follow. We really love the decor - my favorite color combinations. Coffee station was great with an array of coffees and sweeteners. The screened in balcony was great for eating, sipping wine, or simply watching the sun rise and boaters throughout the day. Would love to come back again during the off season!!"

Shampoo and conditioner that won’t destroy your hair, keurig including a variety of coffee pods AND creamers and several types of sweeteners, beach chairs AND umbrellas, washer/dryer AND detergent, hair dryer, beach towels, books to read and much more! Spectacular views, friendly front office staff, secure area to park and the list goes on. The king bed so comfy, perfect seating in the living room to watch movies on the large TV. We didn’t cook any meals, but kitchen equipped with all of the essentials had we wanted to. Walking distance to Snook Inn with live music and delicious food. I was also so impressed with how responsive the owners were to any of our questions or concerns during our stay. Highly recommend this property!"

Also a momma and baby dolphin that were regularly right outside near the properties retaining wall - less than 5 ft from my feet. Just an amazing place to stay and an amazing property. Pool area was wonderful, staff on site were also so nice. Perfect for my family of three but also had a trundle and blow up mattress available, too. There were so many extras that were great to have on hand that Bill and Kelly made available for use. So grateful for their generosity!"

It is within waking distance to the Island bikes and they rent bikes as well as motorized fun. There are also quite a few restaurants close by. The area is very quiet but is close enough to night life. The quality of the amenities was top notch, especially bath products. We will defiantly stay again if in the area."

"We can't say enough about the quality of this space. Immaculate and beautiful with great touches like extra hangers, abundant towels and supplies. The layout of the space is so smart with the two baths and abundant views of the water. I even befriended a personal dolphin who returned each day to giggle and play along the dock wall. Such a value compared to the overpriced hotels. Bill and Kelly were proactive and responded quickly when we had a question. Walking distance to everything and bike rentals rigjt there! When we return to the area it will be our go-to spot!"

"We were thrilled that the condo was just as described. We wanted a peaceful stay for a long weekend and this was just that. We were able to enjoy the lanai morning and evening watching boats, birds and dolphins. We were able to visit a few different beaches all within minutes of the condo. Had a variety of restaurants to choose from, within walking distance even. The bed was so incredibly comfortable! The condo being furnished with pretty much everything was a huge bonus! The only 3 things to note: the outdoor furniture was not very comfortable so we couldn't sit out there too long. Two additions that I think would be ideal, a beach cart (some of the beaches have quite a trek) and a fan for air movement and white noise (the ceiling fan was out during our stay)! Other than that perfection! Bill and Kelly were likely the most responsive hosts I have had."
