Kayaking & Paddleboarding on Marco Island

World-class paddling through mangrove tunnels, backcountry bays, and the 10,000 Islands.

Why Marco Island Is a Paddler's Paradise

Marco Island sits at the gateway to the 10,000 Islands — an otherworldly network of mangrove islands, tidal creeks, and sheltered bays that stretches along the Southwest Florida coast. The water is calm, shallow, and teeming with wildlife. Manatees surface beside your paddle. Dolphins escort your kayak through passes. Ospreys and bald eagles circle overhead.

This is paddling at its most pristine. The 10,000 Islands are designated wilderness — no development, no motors, just nature at its most abundant.
