Riverside Relaxation is a luxury waterfront vacation condo nestled in the heart of Olde Marco Island, Florida — one of Southwest Florida's most charming and sought-after neighborhoods. Located at the Riverside Club, a beautifully maintained gated resort community, our condo sits directly on the Marco River with sweeping water views, dolphin sightings almost every morning, and easy access to everything that makes Marco Island such a special destination.

The condo is a thoughtfully renovated one-bedroom, two-full-bathroom retreat that sleeps up to four guests. Whether you're a couple escaping for a romantic getaway, a small family looking for a home base to explore the island, a remote worker seeking a productive paradise, or a snowbird settling in for the season — Riverside Relaxation is designed with your comfort and convenience in mind.

Guests enjoy access to two heated resort pools, two hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, waterfront docks, and BBQ grills — all included with every stay. Inside, the condo features a fully-stocked chef's kitchen, a king memory foam bed, luxury linens, three smart TVs, 500Mbps high-speed WiFi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a complete beach kit so you can head straight to the sand without a stop at a rental shop.

We are Bill and Kelly, the owners and hosts of Riverside Relaxation. We are Airbnb Superhosts and proud members of the Riverside Club community. After years of staying in vacation rentals ourselves, we know exactly what makes a stay truly exceptional — and we've poured every one of those lessons into this property. From the curated restaurant guide to the fresh beach towels waiting for you on arrival, every detail is intentional.
