Park in the Guest Parking Area. Register your vehicle at the main office within 48 hours of arrival to receive a parking plaque.
Your code arrives ~24 hours before check-in. If random numbers light up on the lock, press each one to clear them, then enter your code normally.
Hanging on hooks by the front door — needed for the pedestrian gate and pool. Return to the hook each time. Lost fob = $75 replacement.
Master Bedroom: King memory foam bed with luxury linens. Cozy Nook: Twin daybed with pull-out trundle — sheets in the nightstand drawers beside the daybed.
Thermostat is in the hallway between the master bedroom and bathroom. Keep all windows and doors closed.
Remote on the coffee table or inside the recliner console. DirecTV streaming + smart TV. Please log out of personal streaming accounts before you leave.
Dual-use Keurig (single K-Cup or full pot), K-Cups including decaf, local Sarasota coffee packs, creamers, sweeteners, and stirrers. Check the cabinet under the coffee bar for extras.
Fully equipped with all major appliances, air fryer, and crock pot. Dishwasher pods are in the pull-down drawer under the sink.
Washer/dryer in the closet next to the rear bathroom. Complimentary laundry pods on the shelf next to the machine.
Your private screened lanai overlooks the Marco River — dolphins are spotted here almost every morning. Pub table and 4 chairs.
2 heated resort pools and 2 hot tubs. Key fob required for access (on hook by front door). Follow posted pool safety rules.
Courts on property. Racquets and pickleball paddles are in the unit — grab them and go.
Outdoor grill near the pool area. Please leave it clean after use to avoid cleaning fees.
In the master bedroom closet: 4 beach chairs, umbrella, soft cooler bags. Beach towels are in the hallway closet. Please return everything as sand-free as possible.
Olde Marco has become a true food destination. The closest spots are steps from your front door.

No need to go anywhere — dolphins appear from your lanai almost every morning. Just bring your coffee.
Florida's largest mangrove estuary — accessible from Marco Island. Ideal for kayaking, fishing, and wildlife watching.
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Pet-free home due to allergies. No pets of any kind.
Please report any breakage immediately. Minor items we typically won't charge for. Major items we'll agree on a fair cost before you leave.
